Today we woke up and ate breakfast. We loaded up the vans and headed to the mountain. We arrived to a misty, cold morning at Hood. We were the first ones in line for the lift, so we got geared up and ready to load. It took a while to figure out if we would even be able to ski because of high winds and fog. After about an hour of waiting we hopped on for a cold and gusty lift ride. We made it to the top and had a big camp hug to stay warm. The coaches realized that a lot of people were cold and gave them the option to go in to the lodge. Some people went in while others stayed out and trained. The coaches eventually called it a day and we all had lunch in the lodge. We rode down to Govy (Government Camp) and had some fun. The vans came back to the resort and we all had the choice of tuning lessons or some relaxing yoga.
