Mt. Hood has been a blast! Our second day was jam-packed with progressive training in amazing conditions and a beautiful environment. It feels like we have been skiing for a week already after all of the improvements we have made. Our coaches have given us helpful tips for our technique on every single run, through drills, free skiing and brush courses. Our dry-land activities have been exciting and have been a good team building experience. Today, we had so much fun and got some intense exercise while hiking Cooper Spur Mountain (2.5 miles). We have made new friends and memories on and off the mountain, and we cannot wait for the next day to come!
